The making of each essence is a ritualistic process, as each can only be created only when guided by Spirit. At times this involves travelling to some truly majical locations - from the Australian Bush, besides the Ocean while Humpback Whales frolic nearby and even the middle of a blizzard in the snowy mountains. All essences are created personally by Trish Anderson-Young, CEO and Founder of the Mermaid's Garden. Trish has successfully completed both "White Light Essence" and Australian Bush Flower Essence (Level 3) Certificate Courses taught by Ian White of Australian Bush Flower Essences. Trish has also trained as a Crystal Healer and holds her Level II Usui Reiki certificate. |

What are "Flower & Vibrational Essences":
For those unfamiliar with flower and vibrational essences, their purpose is to work on a metaphysical level, much like reiki, so when using these essences it is important to have an open mind and open heart to allow the essence to do its work.
The vibrational energy from these essences travels through the meridians of the physical body, as well as working on a the etheric body and will only ever work where it is needed and is welcome. They are great to use prior to meditation.
Just like our mystical essential oil blends, each essence has been created under auspicious conditions to work on a metaphysical level assisting to maintain wellbeing and balance of Mind, Body & Spirit.
It is important to note that unlike essential oils, Flower and Vibrational Essences do not "smell like a flower" - the only aroma is from the chosen preservative (Australian Brandy). They are perfectly safe for parents to give to children (and pets). We can make up "water based" dose bottles upon request (for those who do not like brandy), but please note these must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within two weeks as brandy acts as a natural preservative and it's removal shortens the lifespan of the essence significantly.
How to Use Flower and Vibrational Essences:
All of our essences are sold as 25ml Stock Bottles and have a lifespan of approximately 6 years. Supplying our customers with Stock Bottles allows them to make up their own blends for personal use.
How to Make a "Dose" bottle:
Take Seven drops of stock essence and place into a 15ml bottle containing 75% spring water and 25% brandy- this makes approximately one months supply. We recommend taking seven drops from the Dose Bottle on a daily basis upon rising in the morning and just prior to retiring each night. You can also take some additional drops prior to meditation, place some drops into a your water bottle; or use them in a bath, if you feel guided to do so.
