Under the starry November night sky, whilst meditating with my new crystal friend, a natural pyramid of Snowflake obsidian, Spirit showed me a vision of a trip to Central Australia. At the time, travelling here was the last thing on my mind, however deep within my heart I knew it would come to be when the time was right.

Releasing this vision to Spirit, with gratitude in my heart, I thought nothing more of it. Within a few weeks one of my teachers contacted me about designing a brochure for her Reiki Master Workshop - to be held in Central Australia under the Wesak Full Moon in May 2008. I took this a my "green light" from Spirit that I would soon be on my way.

Within the space of a few short hours, I’d left the hustle and bustle of Sydney far behind for a remote campsite near Atilla (Mt Connor) and my spirit once more felt the peace and serenity of nature. The connection to the stars, to earth, the animals and plants cannot be described in words - it truly needs to be experienced first hand.

Before leaving Sydney, I'd received clear insight as to the oils and crystals to bring with me on this journey. I'd also been shown the large spiral of desert sand upon which to place the blend. However, it wasn’t until a lone Crow appeared that I knew the exact location. He encircled me then led me to a mighty bloodwood tree near our campsite.

I sat back from the tree as I watched and listened to him gently call in the Ancestors. He sounded like a lorikeet chattering as he called in 8 directions, before sitting silently looking down at the red earth below.

I took this as my cue to prepare the space and placed each of the essential oil bottles directly below the crow. A few hours later when he signalled it was time to remove the oils, a beautiful heart of light had formed around the oils from the shadows of the tree.

That afternoon my guide, Barbara, took me to a dry creek bed in the foothills of Atilla, where we found a natural stone alter that was a perfect location for the oils to synergise with the environment upon their sacred spiral of red desert sand. The energy in that valley was so pure & timeless, and once more a strong universal connection between everything, plants, humans, animals, the landscape was evident all around.

Returning to our campsite with the oils just before dusk, I saw Crow was waiting in the bloodwood tree. He watched silently as a large spiral or red desert sand was created under the branches of the Bloodwood tree.

The oils were then blended one by one and placed into the bowl upon a second smaller spiral of sand. Seven herkimer diamonds were added to the oil blend to represent the seven stars of the Pleiades, followed by seven flakes of gold, representing the golden abundance of the centre of mother earth.

The outer spiral drew the energy from the ground, whilst the inner spiral drew the energy of the Pleaides into the blue bowl, synergising Heaven and Earth as one. Crow silently flew away as the sun’s last rays of light shone on the bowl and the powerful Blue Wesak full moon began to rise in the east.

As dawns first light shone on the blend the following morning, Spirit revealed "ONE's" purpose. This is a blend for visualisation and looking at the next steps of your journey. It’s not about predicting your future, however it provides a clear channel to ensure the guidance of your ancestors and messages of Spirit are more clearly heard.

It assists with development of clairaudience, allowing one to be more open to these messages be they delivered via animal spirits or synchronistic events.

And most importantly, it connects to the Universal Life Force of Spirit that is part of everything - the plants, the animals, the air we breath, the sky, the stars and of course ourselves. For once we remember we are all ONE, life tends to flow much more freely.

When meditating with ONE, visualise the radiance of the Seven Stars of the Pleiades, one by one entering your Crown Chakra and finding their way to a central spiral in your Solar Plexus. As the stars are entering your physical body, visualise the liquid golden abundance of the centre of Gaia enter your body through your feet, finding their way along your meridians until they too reach your Solar Plexus.

Here you allow the two very different energies of Heaven and Earth to blend and swirl into a continuous figure eight. Focus on your breathing, find a still point and then open your eyes. Feel your connection to the ONE energy of the Universal Life Force and allow yourself to connect directly to the Ancestral Wisdom of your guides. Look around you and observe the vibrance of ONE.When you are ready to return, remember to thank your guides.

The “ONE” blend travelled with me in my backpack for the next few days to both the Valley of the Winds and to Uluru at Sunrise and Sunset, travelling the Pleiadian songline of our Sacred land. When it returned to Sydney, ONE was placed on a spiral of red desert sand, surrounded by crystals until it was time to blend with the first of the Himalayan sea salts.
