Mystical Oil Blends

Meditation:

Find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed for a short while. The length of this meditation will totally depend on what parts of your life you choose to release. Remember you don't have to review your entire life in one session.

Take a deep breath and feel white light spiraling down from the heavens into your body, the light gently connecting with and aligning each chakra. When it reaches your base, feel the powerful energies of the Snowflake obsidian anchor you to mother earth as the column of white light ensures you remain balanced.

It's now time to take yourself to the Movies. Visualise yourself in an old fashioned movie theatre ... it's the Saturday afternoon matinee and as you take your seat, with popcorn and drink in hand, notice the faces of those sitting around you. Some may appear as faces of friends and family from this lifetime, others may be your soul family, angelic guides, or even pets whom you shared many lifetimes. All are here, in this movie theatre to support you at the feature screening of your life's journey.

The house lights being to dim, the music begins to play as the large, red velvet drapes pull back to reveal the opening credits of your life movie. The movie starts from the point in time you've chosen to release during this meditation session (which may not necessarily be from your childhood).

As you watch your life portrayed on the larger than life theatre screen, reconnect with the emotions of that part of your life - feel the sadness, cry, laugh, smile. Most importantly, feel the connection with everyone in the theatre - they too are reconnecting with your emotions and assisting you to release them with love, grace and integrity.

As you bath (or soak your feet) in the Reflections Blend, allow the emotions related to the events you've just watched to gently release from your cellular memory - feel these silent, tiny bubbles one by one, slowly popping out of your skin as you set the emotions free.

As each emotion releases, allow the soothing aroma's of the essential oils to ground your emotions and gently rebalance soul. Feel the powerful energies of the Snowflake obsidian as it draws the emotions from your body, into mother earth for healing.

And remember the theatre audience is filled with your "No.1 Supporters" - each one surrounding you with unconditional love. When your've finshed your review, stand up and applaude loudly - the entire audience is also giving you a standing ovation!

One final note, for bathing. Ensure you don't pull the plug until after you get out of the bath. This allows you to watch all of the water go down the drain. Feel the power of waving goodbye to these emotions that no longer serve you, safe in the knowledge they will not return and that you have now created a wonderful new space for amazing opportunities to arrive in your life.
