THE HEALING PATH MEDITATION:
ORB OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Use this mediation/visualisation when working with the Mermaid’s Garden Preparation Pack.
Start by taking a few minutes to visualise a beautiful pink and golden orb in front of you. You are now standing at the beginning of a dirt path that meanders through a lush green meadow ~ blue birds are swooping all around you, butterflies are tending to the wildflowers and daisies along the side of the path that separate it from the mystical woods set back on each side from your path. Connect with this mystical energy and become AT ONE with it's healing power.
Take a deep breath and inhale the essence of the meadow - bask in it's serenity. Feel the gentle breeze of spring upon your face, hear the birds chirping and the breeze gently blowing through the long grasses, then when you are ready, allow yourself to proceed down the path ~ not by walking ~ but floating along a few inches above the ground.
As you start to move along the path visualise a beautiful pink and golden orb in front of you. Send all of the problems you are letting go of on this day into this orb with total unconditional love in your heart ~ this love is not for one person it is the connection with the energy of oneness ~ with all that surrounds you. Look around you and realise ~ YOU are now the bluebird, the butterfly, the blade of grass, the sky, the pebbles on the path, the clouds, the trees ~ YOU are ONE with all energy and this energy is in return at ONE with you. Take a few moments to enjoy this experience of ONENESS.
Breathe slowly ~ relax and slowly continue your journey along the path, one step at a time - using telepathy to maintain the levitation of the beautiful orb in front of you.
As you allow these energies to transmute into healing, feel the Rainbow Energy that surrounds you. And notice rose petals gently falling from the sky onto the path below, forming a mystical carpet for you to travel along ~ there are pink, gold, white, turquoise petals falling as gently as a snowflake in the still of night. Gently place your feet on the ground and begin to walk on the petals, reconnecting with earth once more.
Feel the gratitude in your heart as you realize that your problems have now transformed from stress and worry into a beautiful, majical carpet of nature that has become part of your journey.
Stay as long as you like in this sacred environment and visit it as often as you wish.
Call upon the healing energy of your guardian angels and guides to assist you as you travel and trust in their messages and in your inner power and wisdom. And remember you can stop to smell the roses or talk to the bluebirds or animals along the way ~whatever you are guided to do ~ do it ~ be it ~ embrace it ~ and LOVE IT unconditionally.
When you are ready to leave this sacred garden, walk confidently along the path as you come back into the present moment, relaxed, at peace and filled with gratitude for your life.
