Meditation:

Find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed for a short while. The length of this meditation will totally depend on the aspects of your life you choose to work with. Remember you don't have to review your entire life in one session.

Start by taking a deep breath and feel pink light spiraling down from the heavens into your body, the light gently connecting with and aligning each chakra. When it reaches your base, feel the powerful energies of the Rose Quartz crystal anchor you to the very centre of mother earth

Remain in this sanctuary of pink light for a few moments until you feel the energy of the Rose Quartz and the pink light filtering throughout your body. You are standing at a lovely white gateway, that leads to a winding path in a meadow.

As you walk through the gateway, you are greeted St Germain. He greets you warmly with a hug and you sit on a lovely park bench.

He holds out his hands and asks you to place yours on them. As you connect with his energy, feel the powerful Violet Flame reignite in your heart. The Violet Flame is the eternal flame of love. It is one of the Seven Rays and when invoked in the name of Spirit, it descends as a beam of spiritual energy that bursts into a spiritual flame in your heart as the qualities of mercy, forgiveness, justice, freedom and transmutation.

Spend a few moments speaking with him, letting him know what currently troubles you as you work together on cleansing away and healing your troubles.

When you are ready, Arch Angel Michael offers you his hand as he assists you from the bench. You bid farewell to St Germain and thank him for his assistance as both yourself and Arch Angel Michael begin to walk down the path together. As you reach the first corner, you are greeted with your first obstacle. It may have been a thought form created by yourself, or a well meaning friend who only wants the best for you. These well meaning thoughts from our friends and loved ones often create some of the largest obstacles in our hearts, as we know they are sent with love and they leave us feeling "heavy" when the intentions don't mirror our own desires and dreams.

As you thank your "obstacle" for it's good intention, feel the powerful and protective wings of Arch Angel Michael behind you, blocking out the obstacles advice and only allowing love to come through to your heart. Hug the obstacle and thank it for it's love and then walk forwards, with your head held high knowing you are protected from all of these well meaning people as Arch Angel Michael acts like your Personal Security Guard.

You are the VIP in your LIFE and free will allows you to make the choices you wish.

As you walk further along the path, notice other "obstacles" and well meaning friends/family coming towards you, each wanting to share their personal vision for your life with you. Smile sweetly at them, always acknowledging their presence with love and grace, safe in the knowledge that Arch Angel Michael is keeping your path forward clear so you may walk your life in absolute confidence and truth. You feel your empowerment return as you are now honouring yourself and your heart.

As you near the final corner of the path, you see the white gate where you started, with a beautiful horsedrawn carriage awaiting to return you to the now. Just as you enter the gate, you turn to thank Arch Angel Michael for his assistance. You wave and blow kissess to your obstacles, friends and family and feel the loving intent in your heart, minus all the well meaning intentions they were once projecting on your life.

Arch Angel Michael helps you into your carriage and you are on your way back home, to the moment of now - with a much lighter heart that is only filled with the Violet Flame of Spirit and safe in the knowledge that Arch Angel Michael is always at your disposal to be your Security Guard should you need his assistance.
