Mystical Oil Blends

Meditation:

Releasing Fears with Unconditional Love & Forgiveness.

Find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed for a short while. The length of this meditation will totally depend on what parts of your life you choose to release.

Take a deep breath and inhale a golden mist into your lungs. With each inward breath the golden mist expands, filling your lungs, and filtrating through every part of your physical being ~right through to your finger tips. 

When you are ready, hold your hands outstretched in front of you and visualise a beautiful orb of pink and green light swirls.... One by one, send each of your fears into the orb. Feel them leaving your body and as you do, feel yourself becoming lighter.

Once released, ask the angels to take the orb away for transmutation and healing. 

As you watch the orb begin to float away, feel the protective, loving and nurturing embrace of Arch Angel Michael and the Goddess ISIS, wrapped around you ~ cocoon like. Their nurturing energies restore your soul, and assist you to feel safe and empowered once more.

See yourself walking towards a doorway, with ISIS and Arch Angel Michael either side. They escort you along a path, to a beautiful tree in a lush green meadow. Birds and butterflies are all around as you sit on the grass in front of a sumptuous banquet. With each mouthful of food, feel the energy of spirit replenish your physical being.

After you've finished eating, relax under the tree. Allow your mind to wander as you bath in the pleasure of life. Sometimes friends will appear to share this experience with you - it's totally up to you to create the most relaxing, pleasurable atmosphere you chose.

A beautiful fluffy cloud floats across the sky... it is the pink orb you gave to the angels for transmutation and healing. Allow yourself to embrace the love that surrounds you as you "farewell" this cloud of dispair and fear, and then thank the angels for all the wonderful lessons those fears have taught to you.

As you prepare to return to the now, reach up for Arch Angel Michael's hand as he escorts you back to the doorway. And remember that both he and ISIS will continue to walk with you, always ever present for that "big hug from the Universe" on the days when life is tough and you feel alone.
